Oakland Care is a family owned business with 25 years experience in caring for the elderly. We offer two beautiful care homes, with luxurious accommodation and first class care facilities to ensure that your loved ones are well looked after during their retirement years.

Our directors make frequent visits to the homes as well as attending resident functions such as the summer and Christmas party, ensuring their involvement throughout the year as well as continuous contact with residents and staff.

Our managers take an active role in the future planning and improvement of our two care homes and continually aim to improve our services to ensure all high standards are fulfilled.

Our Registered Managers Julie and Phil work to ensure a consistency of care to meet individual needs.

Our greatest asset is our team of committed staff who offer a personal care service delivered 24 hours a day. We invest in training for staff to support a quality of care in which we can all feel proud. We have been reaccredited twice with the Investors in People standard in recognition of our commitment to the development of all our staff.

Mission Statement

We aim to offer support and high standards of care provided by our committed and friendly team of staff who respect Service Users' independence and dignity within a quality and safe environment.

The Commission for Social Care Inspection regulates our Homes and assess our services through the feedback of our residents and their families as well as other professionals who work with us.

We listen to comments from everyone and use these to improve our services and plan for the future.
